2. Make citations non-negotiable

4. Read the knowledge gaps report weekly
The questions your assistant couldn’t answer are the most valuable output of the whole system. They tell you exactly which doc to write next — and often, which product rough edge to sand down. Teams that review gaps weekly see resolution rates climb month over month without touching a model setting.
